Past To The Future provides media digitization services, including (but not limited to):

• VHS, VHS-C, Video8, Hi8, MiniDV conversion
• 8mm, Super 8, and 16mm film digitization
• Delivery via digital files or physical media

Services are performed based on the condition and format of the original media.

2. Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that:

• You own or have permission to digitize the submitted media
• Media may contain age-related degradation beyond our control
• You have backed up any irreplaceable content when possible

We cannot guarantee recovery from damaged, degraded, or incomplete media.

3. Media Handling & Risk

While we take great care, analog media is fragile and may be affected by:

• Age
• Mold or tape degradation
• Mechanical failure during playback

By submitting media, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in playback and digitization.

4. Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are provided as guidelines, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to media condition, equipment maintenance, or order volume.

5. Payments & Fees

• Payment terms are provided at the time of order
• Services must be paid in full before final delivery unless otherwise agreed
• Custom or completed services are non-refundable

6. Digital File Delivery & Retention

• Digital files are delivered in the agreed-upon format
• Files are stored temporarily after delivery
• Long-term storage is available upon request

Once files are deleted, recovery may not be possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Past To The Future is not liable for incidental or consequential damages
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service

8. Intellectual Property

All website content (logos, text, design) belongs to Past To The Future and may not be used without permission. Your media remains your property at all times.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as our services grow. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Past To The Future operates.
